Sneak Peek: Lynne Beyer

Do you ever wonder what your favorite interior designers homes look like? Question no more. Phoenix-based Lynne Beyer lends her design expertise to one of the home features in our Arizona spring issue, but only here do you get an inside look at her very own home.

"I am crazy about entertaining and especially love a round dining table and unpredictable seating such as benches or banquettes; my guests always fight over who gets to sit there. The etchings were collected by me and framed before we even moved into this house and we had the wall remodeled to accommodate them. Oh, and the bannister! This room won an ASID Award for Design Excellence, as well. The chairs were my mothers and the sconces are Satori Light Sculptures from Kneedler-Fauchère in Los Angeles."

"The living room has a Manhattan apartment feel to it with its crown moldings and ceiling detailing. Adding to those classic architectural accents are silk velvet-covered chairs, a Barbara Barry silk-and-wool rug, a splash of red—my husbands favorite color—in the art piece, and my mothers silver chest with one of her favorite etchings of an ostrich above it. The bronze sculpture was our first anniversary present to one another, done by Tom Corbin. We have our fireside chats in this room."

"The closet was one of the reasons I wanted this house! Its pretty grand in, but Ive enjoyed every minute of filling it! I collect hats and adore fashion. Getting ready in beautiful spaces makes me very happy in the morning."
