Get ready for a weekend heat wave! Today, we are letting you in on a refreshing secret and the perfect way to beat the heat. If you were lucky enough to get your hands on our New York Spring issue, you may remember reading about Manhattan’s Le Bernardin in Insider; but only here does the swanky New York hot spot share their recipe for the Le Bernardin's Aperol Noir, a refreshing, summery cocktail!
1 oz Aperol
1 oz Pinot noir syrup black pepper agave syrup
½ oz Fresh lemon juice
2 dashes orange bitters
Shake ingredients over ice. Pour 3 oz champagne in glass-filled highball, strain drink over champagne, float pinot noir wine on top and garnish with an orange twist!
